July 10th, 2009I’m a guitar player myself, so I can relate to this. Musician David Carroll was flying United Airlines when he saw his guitar being mishandled badly by baggage handlers. Upon arriving at his destination, he opened his guitar case and noticed that his Taylor acoustic guitar had been badly damaged. He contacted United to try to resolve this issue, to no avail. He then decided to record this video. Major news outlets have picked up on it and now United is scrambling. Check out the full story here, and the video below:

TSAWait IPhone App: Get security line wait time statistics straight from the TSA. There is a free version that has pretty large collection of airports, and a 99 cent version that has a larger database of airports to choose from.
