We will ship your order via UPS ground within the continental USA free of charge for all orders over $100.00. Orders less than $100 will be charged a $8.00 shipping fee. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days. UPS ground shipping can take an additional 5-7 business days or more to reach you. Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a no-hassle 30 day money back guarantee. The item must be unused and the original tags and accessories must not be removed. Please return it in its original box. Please email us or call us at 1-800-720-2928 to notify us of the return. We cannot accept used items for return. Please include your name and order number with your return.
A credit will be passed on your credit card within 2 days of our receipt of the product. You will be credited for the cost of the items you purchased. Shipping charges if any, will not be refunded. We will mail you the return receipt for your records. Please be aware that credit card companies vary in the amount of time that it takes for a credit to appear on your statement. You may need to allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
